388wn Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 388wn platform, accessible at 388wn.win ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on 388wn, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

388wn is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and esports markets. The Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is designed for players based in Pakistan. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to adults aged 18 and above.

These Terms apply to all sections of the Platform including the Game Lobby, Bet section, Bingo, Wins, App and any promotions offered through the Promotions page. By using any part of the Platform, you accept these Terms alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on 388wn, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to adults aged 18 and above. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided is accurate, complete and current.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a 388wn account closed for rule violations.

Only one account is permitted per player, household, device and IP address. If 388wn identifies multiple accounts linked to the same player, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

388wn may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected. Providing false documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 388wn Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Raast — real-time interbank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit to 388wn's designated bank accounts
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your 388wn wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to clear depending on the sending bank.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, 388wn reserves the right to place the funds on hold pending verification and may return the funds to the source.

388wn does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which 388wn has no control.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 2–4 hours of approval
• Raast: typically within 4–8 hours of approval
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

Before processing a withdrawal, 388wn may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard security measure and is not specific to any individual player. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent bank statement or a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered name and number.

Withdrawals can only be processed from your real PKR balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is fully met. If you submit a withdrawal request while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been cleared, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and only your real balance will be processed.

388wn reserves the right to conduct security checks on large withdrawal requests. Winnings that result from what 388wn determines to be a system error, software malfunction or clearly erroneous payout may be voided and the erroneous amount removed from the balance prior to processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, device and IP address.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real PKR balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses are removed automatically.

• 388wn reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including through duplicate accounts, coordinated play or systematic wagering patterns designed to reduce risk — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 388wn covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — football, esports and other markets as listed in the Bet section. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of placement as final.

Key betting rules include:

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended unless the market is suspended or the event is voided.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before the required amount of play is completed, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market has already been determined.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. 388wn reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by market.
• Where odds are offered in error due to a technical fault, 388wn reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.
• PSL match-day promotions such as odds boosts apply to pre-match markets only and are subject to the maximum stake stated in the offer terms.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win unless an acca insurance promotion is active and the specific conditions of that promotion are met.

388wn monitors betting patterns for unusual activity. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or bot-assisted betting may be restricted or suspended. Any winnings generated through these methods will be voided.

7. Casino & Games

388wn's Game Lobby includes slots, live casino titles (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, game shows) and bingo. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer titles, real dealers operating under standard casino procedures.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are typically provided by the individual game studio. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

If a game malfunctions — whether due to a software fault, disconnection or any other technical issue — the round will be voided and the stake returned where this is technically possible. 388wn is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's own internet service.

Bingo draws in the Karachi Classic and Islamabad rooms run on a fixed schedule. Free ticket promotions for weekend draws are subject to the deposit requirement stated in the Promotions section. Bingo winnings from free tickets are credited as real PKR balance with no separate wagering requirement.
